QUESTION 3 OF 6
INDIVIDUAL VS. GROUP TREATMENT
Individual Treatment
Meeting one-on-one gives you privacy and individual attention. You and your provider can focus on the things that are most important to you. It also allows you to work at your own pace.
Group Treatment
In a group, you will be with other people who understand firsthand what it is like to live with PTSD. Usually, groups include about 5-10 people with PTSD and 1-2 therapists. Group members can gain support, understanding, and encouragement from one another.
