
In the previous session you helped your clients identify the skills they can use to regulate emotions. They learned to identify how they are coping with feelings and ways in which to re-channel their current harmful coping strategies into positive ones.
Before proceeding, ensure your clients have completed the between session work assigned from Session Three. Verify that the clients have:
- Completed the Feelings Monitoring Form daily
- Practiced focused breathing twice daily
- Practiced three coping strategies for emotion modulation
