
Since the previous session, the client will have practiced several strategies to regulate emotions, such as completing the Feelings Monitoring Form once a day, practicing focused breathing twice a day, choosing and practicing an additional relevant emotion regulation strategy, and scheduling one pleasurable activity per week.
Before proceeding, ensure your client has completed the between session work assigned from Session Four. Review and fine-tune any difficulties the client may be having with the activities, and discuss their impact on the client's functioning.
