Treatment has been huge.
Treatment has definitely, definitely helped me.
Treatment has turned my life completely around.
I am a lot more comfortable in my own skin.
I don't have the same amount of symptoms.
I would encourage anybody to try all sorts of different things.
There's lots of different stuff out there.
You know, there's EMDR.
I never did that.
There's Native American sweat lodges.
I did that and that was wonderful and huge.
There's group therapy.
There's individual counselors.
There's all sorts of different types of therapy out there
and available and it's just finding the right one for you.
Some people might not be
into the Native American sweat lodge thing.
They might think it's hokey and that's fine.
Cool. That might not be your thing.
Like I personally, I didn't want to do the EMDR thing.
For me it sounded hokey.
You're going to make a little clicking noise next to my head
and flash lights and it's supposed to cure me?
It's just on your individual feelings.
90 percent of the work is your work.
The other 10 percent is what particular treatment
you're taking.
Really, the treatment's on you and you're the only one
that can really make those choices and let those types
of things go and so it's just whatever treatment you can
utilize, whatever works for you.
