If you would like to see how you are doing in comparison with other professionals, there are scales in this section that might be helpful. If your scores are elevated, you may find the strategies in this toolkit are useful for improving your situation. Even if your scores indicate that you are not experiencing high levels of burnout or secondary traumatic stress, the strategies may be preventive and helpful by increasing your work satisfaction and well-being.
